  1. Resume’

  2. Education: Degree, Diploma or Certificate

  3. Training certificates. Submit any training certificates obtained post degree.

  4. Professional license in the position applied for

  5. CGFNS Certificate or RN-NCLEX in any State of the USA

  6. Visa screen certificate. May be submitted at a later date

  7. References (3). Submit letters of references or complete a reference request form.

  8. Two (2) photos (2x2 size)

  9. Copy of bibliographic pages of valid passport and the USA visa page, if any.

  10. Completed WHR application packet

 

THERAPIST & TECHNOLOGISTS

  1. Resume’

  2. Education: Degree, Diploma or Certificate

  3. Training certificates. Submit any training certificates obtained post degree.

  4. Professional license in the position applied for

  5. FCCPT Certificate and or Visa Screen Certificate

  6. NBCOT Certificate

  7. References (3). Submit letters of references or complete a reference request form.

  8. Two (2) photos (2x2 size)

  9. Copy of bibliographic pages of valid passport and the USA visa page, if any.

  10. Completed WHR application packet
